Scorin Dorin’s Weekly Blog

Dorin Dickerson

What’s going on everybody? So this is my new weekly blog on TheXLog.com. I hooked up with NFL Scout Jayson Braddock and I’ll be posting here throughout the year.

Lots of people seem to want to know how I’ve been spending my time during the lockout, and this is a great forum to get everyone up to speed.

This past week I flew back to Pittsburgh from H-town and started working out with my old high school coach like I had been doing in previous months. We do plenty of lifting, core work, sled work, and rubber band work. All the workouts we do will result in helping my game this coming season.

Other than that, my best friend plays arena football and just got traded from the Spokane Shock to the Pittsburgh Power so he’s back in Pittsburgh now and I’ve been chillin with him.

Let me know if you guys have any questions about anything. You can email your questions to the site administrator and I’ll get them or catch me on twitter @ScorinDorin. Talk to you next week.
